This exhibition showcases works created using various techniques, including photography, video, and painting, that I have been working on since the early 2020s.

I studied traditional ink painting from a young age, and my work has deep roots in Chinese landscape painting (Song and Yuan dynasties). During my university years, I was exposed to diverse forms of artistic expression, which led me to my unique style of "reconstructing landscapes" by combining fragments of urban scenery and architecture. Much of my work exists in the digital space, but every few years I return to tangible forms of expression such as paper, acrylics, and oil paints. Even as my techniques change, the theme of "landscape" remains constant within me.

Having moved his base from Shanghai to New York in 2018, his works from the 2020s have increasingly reflected the streetscapes of New York and other Western cities.
In the 2021 "Imagined Landscape" series, there was a shift from the previous monochrome to vibrant colors, resulting in works such as "The Flock," which depicts animals from around the world. Also, in 2023, there were video works...The StreamSo, I'm blending Asian cities with the waterfalls and rivers of Northern Europe. And in 2024, I released the "Parallel Metropolis" series, which looks at the diverse cityscape of New York from an Asian perspective and from the perspective of an immigrant.
