On August 8th, the members of the Karuizawa Junior High School Art Club visited the museum and enthusiastically viewed the "Karuizawa Winds" exhibition. We received some comments from them, which we would like to introduce here.

(Original text) ・I thought it was amazing that you could capture something that you normally don't see or feel and turn it into a painting. (1st year) ・I used to think that all paintings were the same, but after visiting the New Art Museum, I was surprised to see that each person's way of drawing, their main character, and the feel of the painting were all completely different. (1st year) ・Seeing the works of various people was great because it gave me many examples to follow, and I think you can feel a person's personality and world from their paintings. There were a variety of works, including three-dimensional works and paintings, but I realized that it's important to "communicate." I'd like to go to the art museum again.
