Karuizawa New Art Museum will be holding the "Gutai-jin in Karuizawa Quiz Rally" on the second and third weekends of June! What is the Japanese avant-garde group "Gutai Art Association!" that was ahead of the curve in capturing the current global and local world for over 6 years? Learning about this is also about getting to know us Japanese people. You can also enjoy a quiz on the works of the Jean-Michel Othoniel exhibition that is being held at the same time. We hope that this will not only deepen your understanding of contemporary art, but also provide a space for viewers to discover themselves.

On the second and third Saturdays of June,
"Gutaijin in Karuizawa" &
"Jean-Michel Othoniel 'DNA of Love' Exhibition"
We held a quiz rally.

How many glass beads are used?
The children were busy counting the glass marbles, saying "one, two."
And you got all the questions right! Amazing!
From July onwards, the exhibits at the "Gutai-jin in Karuizawa" exhibition will be changed.
