This is a special project for the "Art is Science" exhibition, which will be held from April 4th. Parents and children can enjoy talking together while touring the exhibition with the curator's commentary. If you join this tour, you can see all the artworks in action. Usually, only a limited number of artworks can be experienced due to the protection of some of them. It's a fun experience to see what kind of artworks there are. Please join us!

*No reservation is required. Please come to the reception on the 1st floor at the designated meeting time. Children cannot participate alone.

<Report on the May Workshop "Parent and Child Tour">
Recently, we held a parent-child tour from Friday, May 5th to Sunday, May 5th.
The "Art is Science" exhibition will be held at the Karuizawa New Art Museum from Saturday, April 4th.
There were many interactive works that "moved," "spun," and "entered," making it an exhibition that could be enjoyed by both children and adults. Many participants, from tourists to local children, enjoyed moving their bodies. Thank you to everyone who participated.
This time, there are many things that can be understood through play even if you don't understand contemporary art.

This exhibition will be held until Monday, September 9th (national holiday), but Karuizawa is currently in a very pleasant season with lush greenery, so please feel free to stop by. We look forward to seeing you!
