The "Mail Art Show" was held at the same time as the Shozo Shimamoto Exhibition, which was held at our museum from April 2016 to September 4, 29. This time, the museum has compiled the activities into a book. To commemorate the publication, we will hold a workshop where you can experience mail art. Cut cardboard into your favorite shape, stamp the envelope, and make a collage to create an original piece of mail. Why not surprise your friends and family by sending it to them? If you prepare your favorite stamps and stickers, as well as the address of the person you want to mail, you can post it immediately! If you want to participate: No reservation is required and you can participate at any time during the time. We look forward to seeing you.

REPORT
Now, at the entrance of the museum, we have set up a "mail art" booth where you can purchase mail art works collected from all over the world and stored at the museum for 1 yen each. It has been decided that these will be donated as a donation for the Kumamoto earthquake. We appreciate your cooperation.
