[Autumn On-Site Workshop @Marriott Hotel October 10th, November 13rd, November 11rd]
Nagano Prefecture suffered severe damage from the typhoon on October 10th, and the traveling workshop "Make Your Own Original Mug" began on the 12th, the day after, with the final session being held on November 13rd.
Thanks to everyone's support, 22 people participated, and the event was a huge success, with all the spare cups that were prepared for the event (60 in total).
As for making bookmarks, the leaves were still bright red on the 23rd. We were able to make beautiful bookmarks by getting them wet with the drizzle!

The father joined us with his two daughters, who usually come in from the back to make deliveries several times.
It turns out that the man is a greengrocer who supplies the hotel with vegetables. The boy has been attending our workshops regularly since he was in the first grade of elementary school.
Now in their fourth year, they have shown how much they have grown.

This time, we held three on-site workshops at the Marriott Hotel. They were very well received due to their easy accessibility and the privilege of being able to eat pancakes in the hotel lounge. There were many first-time participants and regulars, and we realized the importance of going out to the Chubu area where the hotel is located, where many residents live, and how the museum has become firmly rooted in the community through its continued outreach activities over the past few years.
This project was started in response to a request from the hotel to hold a cultural event as a way to reach out to local residents. We hope to continue this project in the future.
